So in illustration class, for our last 3 days, I decided to take upon myself yet another project. So I am now working on the Dragon picture (almost done painting), sketches for a children's book (I've finally hacked out what the 2 main characters are going to look like), and then this here charicature of Joanna Newsom. I did some touching up on her jaw in photoshop, but yeah. It's in acrylic on illustration board, and the scan does not do it any justice. I'm actually a little upset with the scan. It makes it look all rough because of the board's texture D:. It's smoother looking in real life... My scanner just has knack for finding every single crevice and shadow on a piece of paper. Also her skin tones look better. Ugh. Guys, just take my word for it, okay?
